Location, Location, Location. As with any business, location is probably the top priority. Secondly you will want to make sure it is easily accessible for your customers. You can have a top of the line salon, but if your clients can't get to you easily or have to fight for a parking place it could be a real downer. Go check out other salons, and see what you do or do not like about them. This should give you a good idea of which way to go.
