the best one i've ever had was by Frankie Melendez... he works at Lucy Britanico (wilson st, greenhills) and at Lucy+Frankie (jupiter st., makati)... he works really fast, my haircut was done in 20 minutes but it looked great! i've brought my friend to him and they're all satisfied and repeat customers. he's great at doing makeup, too.





a haircut by him cost me less than 500, but of course i gave him a really big tip








another is by Jing Monis of Propaganda. It cost me P1,000 but I can say it was worth it

Salon Le Vive, its located in abad santos, corner biak na bato san juan ( near wilson st.). ok ** base price is Php 500 pero sulit talaga ;-) na feature pa *** senior stylist ** sa t.v. and some celebrities also have there haircut here. gudluck with ur new look!
